The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.
- Trademarks
- All brand, product, service, and process names appearing on this Web site are trademarks of their respective holders. Reference to or use of a product, service, or process does not imply recommendation, approval, affiliation, or sponsorship of that product, service, or process by The Ordinary Store Products. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as conferring by implication, estoppel, or otherwise any license or right under any patent, copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right of The Ordinary Store Products or any third party, except as expressly granted herein.
- Consumer Agreement
- The Ordinary Store, Inc. does not carry inventory. To make the Kelsey Quote merchandise available to the public, we will take orders for a period of time, print all of the orders received and ship upon completion. Then we will repeat this process. We are now accepting orders for our first printing. We will accept orders through July 12th. At that time we will print all merchandise ordered. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery after July 12th. Check back here for future printing schedules. At this time we anticipate printing every 3 to 4 weeks depending on demand.
- Sales Tax
- The Ordinary Store Products charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped. All orders shipped to Indiana and Kentucky will incur the applicable state sales tax.
- Return Policy
- Since The Ordinary Store, Inc. does not carry inventory and prints only those shirts that are ordered, we do will not allow returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
- Miscellaneous
- Every purchase will benefit the Kelsey Wynne Harris Foundation, a private, charitable foundation that will continue to send shirts free of charge to families suffering from cancer, as well as supporting other activities Kelsey enjoyed, including writing through a scholarship and sponsoring kids to go to her favorite summer camp.
